Our Philosophy

Tomas Ballestero Lawyers has advised local and international clients from Jávea for more than 30 years. We are a small, independent firm with an associated office in Dénia, and the way we work has not changed: one lawyer who knows your matter, clear explanations in English, French or Spanish, and a written quote before any work starts.

We concentrate on Spanish property, inheritance and gifts: buying and selling, the Spanish side of an inheritance, gifting a property to your children and powers of attorney, together with divorces by mutual agreement. How we work

We see clients at our office in Jávea, Avenida del Pla 126, and through our associated office in Dénia, across the northern Costa Blanca. Most international clients never need to travel: we work at a distance and, where needed, through a power of attorney.

100% remote, from homeMost of our clients never need to travel. We work by email, phone, WhatsApp and video call, and you sign through a power of attorney. Only the NIE has to be applied for in person, in Spain or at a Spanish consulate.

Every case is different, so before any work starts we send you a written quote. You know our fee from the beginning, with no surprises at the end.
