Mariano Ortuño

José Mariano Ortuño, a lawyer registered with the ICAV (Spanish Association of Bar Associations) number 6041, practicing since 1991, is the Head of the Criminal Law Department at Tomás Ballestero Abogados.

José specializes in all types of criminal proceedings (injuries, robbery, theft, drug trafficking, crimes against the public treasury, etc.) and civil proceedings (debt claims, divorce, inheritance, traffic accidents, medical negligence claims, etc.).
